Qualifications:
• Master's degree in Management, Human Resources, or a related field
• Proven experience in a leadership role within the Banking Industry, HR outsourcing or related industry.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Demonstrated experience in business development and client acquisition.
• In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
